Distillation is the chemical engineering processes and other facilities used in oil refineries to distills the incoming crude oil, pyrolysis oil and waste oil into useful products such as diesel oil and fuel oils, gasoline or petrol, jet fuel, etc.
Applicable raw materials: waste oil, crude oil, tire oil, plastic oil, etc
Processing capacity: Approximately 500kg per unit per day
Final products: Heavy Chai、asphalt
What is pry mounting?
With the development of industrial machinery, integration has become a consensus in the petrochemical and fine chemical industries regarding equipment requirements. Among them, prying is one of the most important integration methods. Skid mounting refers to a group of equipment fixed to a chassis made of angle steel or I-beam, which can be moved and positioned using sled bars. Skid mounting is a form of combination of equipment framework and overall equipment..
Skid mounting is an integrated collection of valves, pumps, and other equipment that have already been installed. When connected to other equipment on the system, there is no need to install valves, instruments, and other equipment in the middle. The on-site workload is small, and only the external connection of pipelines and electrical equipment needs to be completed, which saves a lot of work for the on-site installation of equipment.
The pry mounted equipment has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and greatly saves space. Easy to transport: The complete pry mounted distillation machine has a compact structure. More importantly, the modular design of the cooling system, combined with oil and gas cooling system, oil storage tank, and water seal, makes transportation easier (40HQ container transportation) and can reach most remote areas. The transportation cost is also relatively low.
Mobile and portable: No need for basic construction. The atmospheric distillation unit can move as a whole. You can move the machine to any place where you want to dispose of waste.
Effect diagram of pry mounted atmospheric distillation equipment
Process flow diagram of atmospheric distillation equipment:
(1) The atmospheric distillation unit is designed as an intermittent production process, where waste oil is pumped into the distillation kettle through an oil pump and then heated. As the temperature changes, oil and gas are purified inside the gas tower and enter the condensation system of the equipment. When the gas passes through the condensation system, the oil and gas are converted and enter the oil storage tank. The gas that cannot be converted enters the oil and gas separation system, passes through the water seal, and finally enters the furnace to support combustion.
(2) Atmospheric distillation environmentally friendly: smokeless, odorless, and no secondary pollution during the production process; In order to meet the environmental emission standards, the burned gas is further purified and then discharged through two-stage spray dust removal to meet the emission standards.
(3) This equipment can be operated using fuel oil or natural gas as a heat source (non condensable gas is used for heating during the production process to save fuel)
(4) Non condensable gas (mainly composed of C1 and C4 alkanes) enters the gas purification device through the condenser, and after purification, enters the safety water seal. After being sealed with safety water, it enters the flame arrester to prevent the fire in the furnace from reigniting and ensure the safety of equipment operation. This device is also one of the safety devices in the entire set of equipment. Then, through the second safety device gas spray gun, the combustion is supplied for self heating. As the main components of non condensable gas, C1 and C4 alkanes, can be fully burned, making it colorless, odorless, pollution-free, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and effectively saving customer costs.
Acceptable raw materials for atmospheric distillation equipment
raw material | Project Examples |
Waste oil | Black engine oil on cars |
crude oil | Waste oil from oil fields |
Plastic oil, tire oil | Oil generated from the pyrolysis of plastics and tires |
Final product obtained from atmospheric distillation unit
raw material | final product |
Waste oil | Non standard diesel and asphalt |
crude oil | Non standard diesel and asphalt |
Plastic oil, tire oil | Non standard diesel and asphalt |
Note: We will obtain different finished products from different raw materials. The proportion of final products also varies depending on the raw materials.
Application of the final product
final product | application |
Non standard diesel fuel
| Can be used for heavy machinery, generator sets, and fishing boats s if you want to sell it at a better price or have a wider range of applications |
asphalt | Can be used as waterproof material and can pave roads |
Note: Atmospheric distillation requires manual cleaning of residues and requires cold furnace cleaning.
