Working process
The waste oil vacuum distillation device is designed as a continuous production process, which pumps the waste oil into the preheating system through vacuum reduction. After heating, it is automatically sent to the distillation kettle (at room temperature -380 ℃). Adjusting the vacuum degree to -0.03mpa can obtain about 80% -85% diesel fuel. Base oil production (the requirement for raw oil production is to control the vacuum degree of base oil above -0.08mpa) adopts a continuous feeding production method. With temperature changes, the oil and gas are purified in the gas tower and enter the condensation system of the equipment. After the gas passes through the first stage condensation, 95% of the oil and gas are converted, and then enter the second stage condenser. The remaining 3% -5% of the oil and gas are converted, Subsequently, it enters the third stage vertical condensation box to prevent a small amount of oil and gas from being unable to convert. Gas that cannot be converted enters the oil gas separation system. Finally, it enters the furnace to support combustion.
Safety of waste plastic pyrolysis equipment
1) Each system on the device is equipped with a pressure gauge and thermometer. As long as the pressure exceeds the normal range, the system will automatically sound an alarm.
2）The control system is equipped with a one button emergency stop device. If there is a problem, press the emergency stop button directly to stop the device from running. The control cabinet is equipped with thermocouples and remote pressure for real-time monitoring.
3）There is a thermometer, pressure gauge, and explosion-proof valve on the water seal. Once the pressure exceeds the normal range, the equipment will automatically release the pressure.
4）Install flame arresters after water sealing to prevent backfire of the fire source.
Environment friendly:
Well water dedusting system can avoid black smoke.
The waste gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution
Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.
Long service life:
Material: Q345R special steel plate ,thickness 16mm or 18mm.
Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the max.
