Safety of waste plastic pyrolysis equipment
1) Each system on the device is equipped with a pressure gauge and thermometer. As long as the pressure exceeds the normal range, the system will automatically sound an alarm.
2)The control system is equipped with a one button emergency stop device. If there is a problem, press the emergency stop button directly to stop the device from running. The control cabinet is equipped with thermocouples and remote pressure for real-time monitoring.
3)There is a thermometer, pressure gauge, and explosion-proof valve on the water seal. Once the pressure exceeds the normal range, the equipment will automatically release the pressure.
4)Install flame arresters after water sealing to prevent backfire of the fire source.

Combustible gas is routed to heating system as fuel supply.It saves consumption of fuel oil.
