    What is pry mounting?


    With the development of industrial machinery, integration has become a consensus in the petrochemical and fine chemical industries regarding equipment requirements. Among them, prying is one of the most important integration methods. Skid mounting refers to a group of equipment fixed to a chassis made of angle steel or I-beam, which can be moved and positioned using sled bars. Skid mounting is a form of combination of equipment framework and overall equipment..


    Skid mounting is an integrated collection of valves, pumps, and other equipment that have already been installed. When connected to other equipment on the system, there is no need to install valves, instruments, and other equipment in the middle. The on-site workload is small, and only the external connection of pipelines and electrical equipment needs to be completed, which saves a lot of work for the on-site installation of equipment.


    The pry mounted equipment has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and greatly saves space. Easy to transport: The complete pry mounted distillation machine has a compact structure. More importantly, the modular design of the cooling system, combined with oil and gas cooling system, oil storage tank, and water seal, makes transportation easier (40HQ container transportation) and can reach most remote areas. The transportation cost is also relatively low.


    Mobile and portable: No need for basic construction. The atmospheric distillation unit can move as a whole. You can move the machine to any place where you want to dispose of waste.

    (1) After the raw materials enter the pyrolysis kettle through the twisting dragon, the furnace door is closed and the pyrolysis kettle begins to heat. The pyrolysis kettle begins to carbonize in a continuously warming environment. Within the first two hours, diesel (or natural gas) was used as fuel to heat the pyrolysis reactor. When the temperature reached around 150 ℃, a reaction occurred in the reactor and non condensable gas was generated. As the temperature increased, non condensable gas began to provide heat to the pyrolysis reactor, saving fuel costs. Subsequently, the temperature of the pyrolysis reactor gradually increased to around 400 ℃, and the pyrolysis was basically completed.


    (2) The oil and gas enter the buffer tank along with the pipeline, and the initially purified oil and gas enter the coil condenser. After fully cooled by the coil condenser, the oil and gas are converted into fuel oil and enter the Storage tank.


    (3) Non condensable gas (mainly composed of C1 and C4 alkanes) enters the gas purification device through the condenser, and after purification, enters the safety water seal. (After being sealed with safety water, it enters the flame arrester to prevent the fire in the furnace from reigniting and ensure the safety of equipment operation. This device is also one of the safety devices in the entire equipment.). Then, through the second safety device gas spray gun, the combustion is supplied for self heating use. As the main components of non condensable gas, C1 and C4 alkanes, can be fully burned, making it colorless and odorless, pollution-free, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and effectively saving customer costs.

    (4) Slagging is equivalent to producing carbon black: Generally, when the temperature of the pyrolysis kettle drops to 80 ℃ after pyrolysis is completed, it is recommended to start the precipitation of carbon black. The carbon black precipitation process is automatic and fully sealed. With the help of a high-temperature slag extractor, the equipment can achieve the precipitation of carbon black at higher temperatures to save time. This type of slag is often found in oil sludge or sludge as raw materials, achieving high-temperature slag extraction.


    (5) Dust removal: When non condensable gas is pre heated, a gas spray gun and blower are used to fully burn it. During the combustion process, harmful substances in the gas have been burned off. In order to meet the environmental emission standards, the burned gas is further purified by using split tube condensation to cool it down, then passing through two-stage spray dust removal before entering the gas-water separation (allowing water and gas to separate) and finally entering the activated carbon adsorption to completely eliminate harmful substances, meeting the emission standards.
